High order integration on curved boundaries

It is time to think to implement higher order approximation of the curvilinear boundaries using some appropriate polynomial/nurbs. Many obstacle problems (cylinder, wing, cars, etc) are given by curved boundary. A high order approximation of the pde is impossible while the linear approximation is used to construct these boundaries.
