Description

If Unicorn is compiled with the Cray Compiling Environment 8.0.6, slip boundary conditions produce incorrect results compared to other systems.

The problem seems to be related to the skin friction parameter (beta), see the attached file.

A workaround is to use the old compiler (CCE 7.3.1.101), which can be activated by some module swapping.

For example, issue the following directly after logging in.

module swap PrgEnv-pgi PrgEnv-cray
module swap xt-libsci xt-libsci/10.5.0
module swap cce cce/7.3.1.101
module swap acml acml/4.4.0
module add petsc/3.1.04
